Policies
At Dewy Aesthetics, my top priorities are the safety, comfort, and well-being of all clients. To maintain a professional and respectful environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the following circumstances:
1. Health & Safety Concerns
• Clients with contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or active infections may be asked to reschedule until the condition has cleared.
• If a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, services will be refused.
• Personal hygiene must be maintained; refusal of service may occur if hygiene standards are not met.
2. Inappropriate Behavior
• Any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or disrespect toward staff or other clients will result in immediate refusal of service.
• If a client displays aggressive, rude, or disruptive behavior, they may be asked to leave and may be banned from future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Clients arriving too late to complete their service within the scheduled time may need to reschedule and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Consistent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Violation of Policies
• Failure to adhere to our appointment, payment, or cancellation policies may result in the inability to book future services.
• Clients who dispute charges without valid reason or engage in fraudulent activity will not be allowed to book again.
At Dewy Aesthetics, I strive to provide a welcoming and relaxing experience for all. These policies are in place to ensure a positive atmosphere for both clients and staff. Thank you for understanding and respecting our guidelines.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s), regardless of the reason.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked.
• Unpaid fees must be settled before booking future appointments.
As a service-based business, I am only compensated for completed appointments, and no-shows significantly impact my schedule. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy. I know life can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly and reschedule in advance when necessary.
